I went with my friend Miri from @Bandeats to visit my new favorite greek food paradise – Ethos Greek Bistro! I have a special place in my heart for hummus, pita bread and fresh seafood.
We started off with hummus, pita bread and the Ethos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It was amazing!
We had the Orzo Paella which is a modern twist on a classic paella.
Instead of rice mixed into all that yummy seafood, it’s replaced with fresh orzo pasta.
The paella is made with mussels, shrimp and other fresh seafood combined into a pan.
Then they had peppers, green onions and fresh garlic to add that extra kick of flavor to the paella.
Once it’s sauteed together, the chef adds a little parmesan cheese on top, and it’s ready to go!
The Orzo Paella is to die for!
Next…
We had the Branzino fish with spinach rice and fresh vegetables.
If you are a seafood lover, you’ll go head over heels for this amazing dish!
It’s a grilled Branzino fresh from the Mediterranean sea.
It comes with two sides – rice mixed together with spinach and unique mixed vegetables.
The chef combines kale, carrots, red cabbage, fresh garlic and olives into a pan.
He lets the vegetables saute together until the flavors mix.
The whole plate is beautiful!
